**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Excellence, Learning and Development Manager, Aesthetics to lead our initiatives at Galderma. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage training programs that maximize the potential of our Commercial Sales Teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Leadership:** Drive the Aesthetics Commercial Sales Excellence strategy to enhance the effectiveness of our sales force.
- **Training Development:** Create and execute comprehensive training programs, including new hire orientation and product training, ensuring alignment across Business Units and global teams.
- **Field Engagement:** Collaborate with sales teams in the field to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work seamlessly with marketing, compliance, medical affairs, and other functions to optimize sales effectiveness.
- **Omnichannel Engagement:** Leverage tools such as Veeva, SFDC MC, and PowerBI to enhance customer engagement strategies.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor sales performance metrics to measure the impact of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
- **Material Development:** Contribute to the creation and selection of training materials while identifying ongoing training needs.
- **Sales Excellence Promotion:** Foster a culture of sales excellence through metrics management, customer segmentation, and targeted coaching.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent in Education, Adult Learning, or Pharma-related degrees.
- Experience in launching new products (ideally Aesthetics injectables).
- 5+ years of proven progressive commercial operations experience in relevant therapeutic areas in the life sciences industry, including management and leadership roles.
- Solid comprehension of adult learning and development principles and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Experience in training development and "train-the-trainer" experience is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, and current in technological advances in training equipment, software, and materials.
