**About The Role:**
As a Learning Architect, you will be an integral part of our global Learning & Development team. Your primary focus will be to enhance the capabilities of our Global Sales & Customer Success teams. This role offers flexibility in work arrangements and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse set of professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct requirements gathering to understand learning objectives and constraints.
- Design learning concepts and strategies to maximize digital learning models.
- Utilize blended learning approaches to create engaging learning programs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop required learning assets.
- Create supporting materials for program operationalization.
- Validate programs with key stakeholders and make necessary adjustments.
- Define requirements for recruiting Trainers and Coaches.
- Work with Learning & Development Operations to track program impact and feedback.
- Analyze feedback to continually optimize learning programs.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Strong experience in Sales processes within a SaaS environment.
- Experience in various Learning & Development roles, ideally in enterprise software.
- Understanding of the Challenger Sales process.
- Knowledge of architecting, designing, and managing learning programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal clients across different functions.
- Self-starter with initiative and autonomy.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
