**Job Title: Sales Trainee**

**Job Description:**
The Sales Trainee (ST) supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage for colleagues during absences or special projects. The ST works with management to maintain customer relationships in both large and small format “off premise” stores. The primary role is to service all customers professionally to Red Bull executional standards.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts.
- Determine ongoing product needs at accounts.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
- Ensure proper product rotation and brand flow according to Red Bull standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all Red Bull equipment.
- Train with senior Account Sales Managers and cover their routes as needed.
- Evaluate competitors’ activities and report to the District Sales Manager.
- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales, distribution, pricing, display, and merchandising.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Regularly use hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- Frequently walk and sit; occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Preferred prior sales experience in consumer packaged goods or retail.
- Knowledge of the beverage market is a plus.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; university or college experience is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Able to operate forklifts and commercial vehicles.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
