**Job Description:**
Fidelity Investments Canada is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position requires current work authorization for Canada.

**Role Overview:**
The Salesforce Developer will report to the Director of Business and Application Support and will be responsible for the development and support of the Salesforce platform, including continual improvement and enhancement of the application in collaboration with the Salesforce Analyst.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Technical Support:**
- Develop comprehensive requirements to support business growth.
- Develop Einstein Analytics components.
- Maintain strong security and understanding of vulnerabilities.
- Lead project work package definitions and estimations.
- Develop and configure Marketo for event management.
- Participate in all levels of CRM support and deliver excellent technical support.
- **Application Process:**
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Analyst to deliver features.
- Assist in understanding business requirements for enhancements.
- Uphold change management processes for implementations and deployments.
- Conduct proactive system maintenance including security reviews.
- **Engagement and Collaboration:**
- Engage with business partners to deliver impactful solutions.
- Accurately estimate project scope and manage timelines.
- Demonstrate ownership and commitment to delivering results.
**Skills and Experience:**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
- Proven knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and community portals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in generating Salesforce reports and understanding system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a learning mindset.
**Education and Qualifications:**
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
**Nice to Have:**
- Bilingual (French/English) skills.
- Experience in brokerage market/Financial Services.
- CSC or IFIC certification.
