**About The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. Following the successful rebuild of our 15+ year legacy Salesforce instance, we aim to enhance our operations through technology and further globalize our business model. This role will engage with end-to-end business processes across Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, Operations, and Support.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Align business processes with Salesforce best practices to ensure measurable benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to implement optimal solutions.
- Lead the delivery of solutions tailored to user and business needs.
- Design and document data structures and flows.
- Map functional requirements to features and functionalities.
- Drive new idea conception and manage end solution optimization.
- Support the Head of Platform Technology and contribute to technical direction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical design and lessons learned.
- Assist with testing and UAT processes.
- Contribute to developing the Salesforce roadmap.

**Experience & Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Administrator Advanced, Platform Developer I, and Platform App Builder.
- 5-7 years of hands-on project experience in solution architecture design, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni Channel implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce functionality, security, and best practices.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC techniques and Agile development.

**Salary Range:**
$140,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience and location).
