**What You'll Do:**
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Key responsibilities include:

- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, web, and corporate events.
- Establishing and maintaining high performance in alignment with SAP Concur Core Values.
- Educating yourself on SAP Concur’s products, competitors, and customer outcomes.
- Communicating effectively with decision-makers to articulate Concur’s value propositions.
- Building relationships with sales and marketing teams.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, etc.).
- Utilizing various channels (phone, Drift chat, email) and digital tools (Iris, Outreach/ReviO, etc.) to optimize lead engagement.
- Participating in development programs, including leadership and sales readiness.

The targeted annual compensation range for this position is CAD 77,800 - CAD 178,200.
