**Company Overview:**
Our manufacturing client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead, expand, and refine services related to SAP landscapes. This full-time, permanent role will report to the National Manager, EBS.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Leadership**
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for technology architecture and support.
- Oversee the implementation of new SAP modules and business processes.
- Identify and act upon opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Management**
- Offer guidance, coaching, and feedback to direct reports.
- Foster collaboration and support within the team.
- Empower team members to take initiative and drive business influence.

**Business Partnership & Vendor Management**
- Define standards for excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee vendors and system integrators to meet contractual commitments.

**Product Life Cycle Management**
- Manage the full systems development life cycle for SAP enhancements and projects.
- Responsible for maintaining SAP services for business units.
- Develop processes to mature applications within the SAP ecosystem.

**Administration**
- Maintain system documentation according to best practices.
- Manage operational budgets for SAP support and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and security standards.

**What We’re Looking For:**

**Experience & Education**
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive IT management experience, with 5+ years of leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing an SAP Centre of Excellence.

**Competencies:**
- Ability to communicate effectively between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Strong vendor management, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
