**Job Description:**
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) is seeking a dynamic individual to lead, expand, and refine SAP services within our EBS Internal Operations. This full-time, permanent position reports to the National Manager, EBS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evolve the SAP roadmap to align with company goals.
- Strategize, plan, execute, monitor, and adjust SAP service delivery to stakeholders.
- Lead the SAP Services and Support Team, ensuring efficient SAP function delivery.
- Refine ongoing support processes and develop team skills.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Define a strategic roadmap to maximize SAP value within the organization.
- Liaise with business units to drive continuous process improvements.

**Leadership Responsibilities:**
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for business processes and technology architecture.
- Oversee SAP module implementations and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

**Management Responsibilities:**
- Provide guidance and accountability for direct reports.
- Empower team initiative and encourage support during change.
- Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements.
**Business Partnership & Vendor Management:**
- Define excellence standards and collaborate with other functional peers.
- Oversee vendor commitments and performance monitoring.
- Advise and influence business partners on SAP utilization.
**Product Life Cycle Management:**
- Manage the full systems development life cycle for SAP enhancements and projects.
- Ensure strategic alignment and user expectations throughout the SAP product lifecycle.
- Address organizational change management and training needs during implementations.
**Administration Responsibilities:**
- Maintain system documentation and manage operational budgets effectively.
- Establish policies for consistency and quality of SAP solutions.
- Ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and security standards.
**Qualifications:**
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive IT management experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing an SAP Centre of Excellence or equivalent with service delivery management.
- Knowledge of SAP landscapes, cloud applications, and business process enhancements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and vendor management skills.
- Experience with service and support frameworks like ITIL and PMLC.
