**Join us as the ABM and Campaigns Manager**
We are seeking an ABM and Campaigns Manager to shape and execute a comprehensive strategy that goes beyond traditional account-based marketing. This role will focus on high-intent programs, 1:1 ABM initiatives, and launching targeted, personalized product campaigns. You will collaborate with teams across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Enablement, and Revenue Operations to ensure these initiatives are impactful and scalable.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Leadership:**
- Define and implement a strategy for ABM, high-intent programs, and product campaigns.
- Act as the main contact between marketing, sales, and revenue teams.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders.
- Champion personalization, testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Share updates on campaign performance with leadership.

- **Team Management:**
- Lead and develop a small team of ABM and Campaign Specialists.
- Provide hands-on guidance for campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Enable the team to leverage insights, tools, and automation for effectiveness.

- **Scale the ABM and Intent Practice:**
- Expand Achievers’ ABM and high-intent playbook with innovative strategies.
- Partner with regional teams to drive global adoption of best practices.
- Develop and manage KPIs, creating clear reporting frameworks.

- **Drive Campaign Excellence:**
- Oversee the execution of high-intent initiatives and ABM campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to craft compelling messaging.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications:**
- 3+ years in progressive Account Based Marketing.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS.
- University or College Degree.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Expertise in ABM methodologies and campaign optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of ABM tools and CRM platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
