We are seeking a talented and motivated **Senior Advertising Operations Manager** to join our elite team at zone·tv. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our video advertising and monetization solutions, driving revenue performance for our Free Streaming Video Service – Zone·ify. As a senior manager, you will lead teams and collaborate on innovative tools that will reshape personalized TV streaming experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Business Development & Partner Engagement**
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with direct advertisers, agencies, and programmatic partners.
- Drive direct ad sales opportunities and identify new revenue streams.
- Serve as the primary contact for ad tech vendors, SSPs, DSPs, and other ad partners.
2. **Ad Operations Management**
- Oversee ad operations, including campaign management, trafficking, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Ensure proper implementation of Ad Tech Stack with proprietary and third-party technologies.
- Lead the creation of revenue-optimizing ad products for various platforms.
3. **Programmatic Advertising Expertise**
- Manage the technical integration of programmatic platforms.
- Develop and optimize programmatic campaigns.
- Monitor programmatic performance to maximize revenue and fill rates.
4. **Leadership & Team Management**
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing ad operations team.
- Establish best practices, workflows, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
**Skills and Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in ad operations, business development, and programmatic advertising in the AVOD/FAST and CTV sectors.
- Comprehensive understanding of ad serving technologies and performance optimization.
- Expertise in VAST, oRTB for AVOD/FAST integrations.
- Proven experience in business development and partner engagement.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a successful track record of team management.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and maximize revenue.
- Solid understanding of finance related to ad revenue reporting and management.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
