**About The Role:**
Your mission within our Innovation Lab includes:
- Designing, developing, and evolving microservices, APIs, and reusable libraries for our algorithms in mission-critical production environments.
- Contributing to technological watch and defining development standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience, and sustainability.
- Developing and refining back-end components for algorithm execution.
- Optimizing the platform for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize and prioritize development tasks.
- Assisting testers in setting up component and integration tests.
- Ensuring high-quality work outputs.
- Enhancing team productivity and overseeing tactics to achieve objectives.
- Supporting problem resolution proactively.
- Acting as a Technical Leader/Mentor for Squad members.

**What You Bring:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of significant experience in enterprise-grade software development.
- Proficiency in Python and GIT.
- Experience with AWS technologies (ECR, ECS, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency in Terraform.
- Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and the software engineering life cycle.
- Proficiency in developing complex services using Docker and FastAPI.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (Gitlab CI/CD, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Working knowledge of streaming and batch processing systems like Kafka.
- Eligibility to work in Canada (Canadian work experience not required).
