**Job Title: Credit Analyst**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to facilitate decision-making and analyze various credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank. This role will involve making credit decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make informed credit decisions based on comprehensive analysis of clients' ability to repay loans and risk assessment of new and existing customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities for prospects and existing commercial clients.
- Participate in on-site client visits with internal stakeholders to evaluate client needs and build relationships.
- Monitor and evaluate clients’ compliance with loan agreements and identify trends in client activities.
- Provide accurate financial analysis and risk assessments necessary for lending decisions on new, renewal, and extension loans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for detailed client information and support operational programs.
- Grant loan requests within specified limits, adhering to internal credit policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- 4-6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

**Salary:**
$54,500 - $101,500 (Salaried)
