**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Actuarial to join our growing team. You will utilize your expertise to resolve complex problems while collaborating with colleagues to enhance our operations and customer solutions. Your contributions will play a vital role in reshaping how we conduct business in various areas including ratemaking, reinsurance, corporate planning, data science, and reserving.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Apply actuarial knowledge to solve complex problems and assist colleagues.
- Work independently on strategic projects across multiple domains.
- Drive process improvements by providing thorough observations and recommendations.
- Coach team members to enhance individual and group performance.
- Present analytical conclusions to stakeholders within established timelines.

**Qualifications:**
- University Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Preferred certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance, or Economics (ACAS).
- Minimum 3 years of actuarial experience, preferably in the P&C Insurance sector.
- Proficient in SAS, VBA, R, or Python.
- Desirable competencies include adaptability, innovation, analytical skills, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning, and teamwork.
- Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec to effectively interact with diverse colleagues.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; prior Canadian work experience is not required.
