**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation (Contract) to join us. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, this role is responsible for supporting Finance Transformation initiatives and will play an integral role in the implementation of a new Finance ERP and modernization of our processes and finance technology eco-system. This role provides an opportunity to work across the entire Finance function and gain exposure to various aspects of the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the execution of finance transformation and improvement initiatives to unlock capacity, automate and eliminate non-value-added activities, and enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead finance transformation reengineering through facilitated process mapping sessions to document the current environment, identify process re-engineering opportunities, and develop action plans.
- Support project delivery through finance process and data analysis, design thinking, and presentation material development.
- Capture and communicate requirements effectively at multiple levels of granularity.
- Lead small and medium projects/workstreams from end-to-end using project management best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Finance team and extended ecosystem to support the adoption of best-practice processes.

**Qualifications:**
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience and qualifications; CPA or PMP is considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in transformation, process improvement, and/or management consulting with knowledge of the finance function or real estate industry.
- Experience in large-scale process improvement and technology implementations within a project-based environment.
- Intellectual curiosity in business processes to challenge established thinking and generate new ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, storyboarding, and visualization skills.
- Strong process mapping skills and experience with Visio.
