**About Our Team:**
The Labour Management team oversees the Labour program for approximately 1,000 stores nationwide. We collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure effective labour allocation across all store departments, adapting to new processes and initiatives. Our focus on trust, excellence, and results drives our success.

**About The Role:**
As the Senior Analyst in Industrial Engineering, you will report to the Senior Manager and play a crucial role in developing and implementing the Enterprise Labour Strategy. You will gain insights into our store operations and take ownership of the labour management process across multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, validate, and maintain Labour Standards for store departments using an engineered approach (MOST methodology).
- Conduct time studies and observations in stores to collect and validate data for accuracy.
- Build and maintain store labour models and scheduling tools within our Workforce Management System.
- Create reports and perform analytical tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Assess the Labour impact of changes at the store level, including new initiatives and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Identify opportunities for improving store productivity and labour performance.

**Qualifications:**
- University Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline/experience.
- 0-2 years of experience applying engineering principles and demonstrating business acumen.
- Strong attention to detail and quality in data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience in data analysis with actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and strategic execution abilities.
- Technical experience with SQL, SAS, PowerBI is an asset.
- MOST certification is considered an asset.
- Occasional travel to stores may be required.
