**Job Summary:**

HOOPP is one of Canada's leading institutional real estate investment owners, developers, and fund investors, with a real estate portfolio of over $15 billion and over 40 million square feet of direct-owned assets across all major asset classes located throughout Canada, Europe, and the United States. The portfolio includes direct investments in real properties and indirect investments through limited partnership vehicles.

The Senior Analyst's primary responsibility is to support the execution of HOOPP's real estate valuation policy, working collaboratively with external partners to complete the semi-annual external valuation process. This role positions the candidate as a trusted subject-matter expert with opportunities for future growth within the organization.

**What You Will Do:**

- Assist the Director in the full cycle appraisal process, from appraiser engagement to valuation review and approval.
- Collaborate effectively with external and internal partners to complete the appraisal process diligently and timely.
- Assist in the appraisal review process and perform technical reviews of external appraisal models.
- Evaluate the reasonability of appraisal assumptions and investment metrics.
- Prepare internal communications regarding valuations and valuation reporting for senior management.
- Track and investigate changes within the HOOPP real estate portfolio.
- Liaise with internal and external networks to stay current on acquisition and disposition activity and asset modifications.
- Create timely summaries for Investment Finance and market activity reports.
- Support HOOPP's external audit process and respond to enquiries professionally.
