As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Planning Process will play a key role in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Gather and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support supply chain decision-making.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the supply chain planning framework. Design, implement, and monitor changes to improve efficiency and service levels.
- **Demand and Supply Planning:** Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate demand forecasts and supply plans. Utilize forecasting tools and methodologies to predict future product demand.
- **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with business goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent excess stock and stockouts.
- **Technology Utilization:** Leverage technology and supply chain software to streamline planning processes. Provide training and support for SCM tools to other team members.
- **Performance Measurement:** Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular performance reviews and create action plans to address any issues.
**Required Experience and Knowledge:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of supply chain planning or related experience.
- Experience with the successful deployment of ERP and/or planning technology as a business SME (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.).
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
This role can be based out of any of our North America corporate offices: Chicago, Toronto, or Florenceville, New Brunswick.
