**Position Overview:**
As the Senior Analyst of Technology Strategy and Innovation, you will report to the Manager of Customer Success and Innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to support the relationship between Data and Technology teams and their customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Success Support:**
- Assist in developing and maintaining a customer roadmap focused on business impact, customer value, and technological feasibility.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with both business and Data & Technology teams.

- **Leadership and Influence:**
- Demonstrate effective self-management and leadership within the Data and Technology function.
- Champion communication and collaboration across teams.

- **Collaboration:**
- Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Work with the Technology Product and Services team to align technology programs with business goals.
- Share insights to drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

- **Innovation:**
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and advancements.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, facilitating problem-solving sessions and workshops.
- Present clear recommendations based on synthesized findings to achieve impactful project outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in technology-driven roles, with 1-2 years in strategy or consulting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and technology trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Curiosity in business processes to challenge established thinking and generate new ideas.
