**Job Title: Developer – Mortgage Pricing Team**

**Project Description:**
We're looking for a talented and passionate Developer to join our Mortgage Pricing team. The successful candidate will help drive transformation projects across Development, UAT, and Production environments. Our plan is to build a small team of 2 Angular and 2 Java developers in Canada that will collaborate with a US-based team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and enhance functionality in the Risk and Pricing front end.
- Apply subject matter expertise in Angular/HTML5/UI principles to design and implement solutions according to requirements and specifications from business analysts.
- Work within existing architecture, coding standards, and tool sets to deliver software that is supportable across the global team.
- Follow the team's agile processes and take responsibility for the timely delivery of tasks.

**Mandatory Skills:**
- 8+ years of experience in UI development for large-scale projects in financial services.
- 3+ years of experience in developing solutions using the Angular framework.
- Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams under pressure and to deadlines.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, Elastic Search, or similar caching technologies.
- Proficiency with GIT and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and the use of micro-services.
- Experience working in an Agile development process.
- Proven track record of building real-time user interfaces in a Financial Services context.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Familiarity with mortgages, bond trading, risk, or price capture systems.
