**Position:** Senior Application Analyst

**Location:** Toronto (Krembil Discovery Tower)
**Hours:** 37.5 hours per week
**Status:** Temporary Full-time (12 months with possibility of extension or conversion)
**Salary Range:** $79,190 - $98,982 annually

**Position Overview**

The Epic Senior Application Analyst is a vital member of Integrated Care’s Digital Health Team. This role collaborates with Integrated Care Program staff, UHN Digital team, and vendors to support key applications for Integrated Care, encompassing both clinical and business systems. Responsibilities include system build, requirements gathering, system upgrades, and testing.

**Duties**
- Maintain expert knowledge of supported applications.
- Lead build, configuration, and optimization of Epic and other digital health applications.
- Implement updates and enhancements while minimizing user disruption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses to align solutions with program goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during build and testing.
- Create user guides and training materials.
- Monitor application performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Participate in system governance and change management.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with external software vendors and management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in one or more Epic applications preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience with clinical/business applications in a healthcare organization.
- 2-3 years in 2nd level application support required.
- Experience with vendor relations and interfaces is an asset.
- Knowledge of HL7 standards is advantageous.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
