**About The Role**
As a Senior Associate, you will work in a fast-growing and challenging environment with like-minded professionals who are leaders in their fields such as Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Visualization. You will contribute to solving complex finance business challenges through data exploration and analytics, while supporting clients in their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and value creation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop advanced analytical solutions within our analytics team, across service lines, and with clients in multiple industries.
- Leverage analytics to generate deeper insights and optimize decisions across the M&A cycle.
- Drive operational efficiency using analytics to enhance productivity and cost control.
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify opportunities for profitable revenue growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Math, Commerce, Economics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, utilizing SQL to work with complex relational databases and building data transformation processes.
- Knowledge in statistical modeling (time-series, clustering, regression, etc.) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying analysis results to business executives.
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of BI tools and Python is a plus.

**Total Rewards**
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,000, with eligibility to participate in our bonus program. Our Total Rewards Package includes competitive base salary, mental health support benefits, flexible spending accounts, generous time off, and flexible work arrangements.
