**Job Title: Senior Manager, Quality Control - Audit Division**
**Location:** Toronto, Ontario, Canada
**Schedule:** 37.5 hours per week
**Salary:** $108,800 - $163,200 CAD

**Position Overview:**
Our trusted audit professionals engage with all areas of the bank, providing strategic guidance and independent oversight. We focus on due diligence to mitigate potential risks and enhance operational performance, ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute Quality Control reviews to assess Internal Audit’s compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Provide feedback to Audit Teams regarding compliance with standards and procedures.
- Track and follow up on recommendations.
- Assist in identifying and remediating opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a Strategic Advisor on execution quality and operational efficiencies.
- Lead Quality Control testing for designated business areas.

**Qualifications:**
- Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (CIA designation is a strong asset).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Audit, Global Compliance, or Risk.
- Advanced knowledge of audit standards, procedures, and risk management.
- Proficient in mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
