**What You'll Be Doing**
- Leading the development of financial services products (transfers, cards, lending, etc.) from inception to production readiness.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams to identify and solve customer pain points.
- Integrating with banking partners and third-party APIs to enable features such as virtual cards, international money transfers, and accurate financial data tracking.
- Operating independently while working directly with product owners in a fast-paced startup environment.

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience in building, scaling, and supporting production-ready products from scratch.
- Fluency with Java and at least 5 years of experience in backend development.
- Quick learner with an ambitious and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to contribute to building the business from the ground up.
- Eligibility to work in Canada or be located in a North American time zone.
