**What You Will Do:**

- Partner with business teams in back, mid, and front office to understand needs and provide robust solutions.
- Build custom software solutions to facilitate business growth.
- Integrate across multiple investment systems using custom or industry protocols (e.g., FIX).
- Manage vendor relationships for new builds, enhancements, and support.
- Create designs and processes to ensure the operational efficiency of critical business functions.
- Provide support for business partners on technical problems and anomalies.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to achieve high-performing results.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum practices such as daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.

**What You Will Bring:**

- 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets, specifically in Futures, Bond, Equity, FX, or Derivatives trading.
- Knowledge in Collateral Trading or Management and Payment or Settlement processes.
- Understanding of IT principles, including databases, functions, UI, and software systems.
- A Quality Assurance mindset with capabilities in software testing and functionality verification.
- Highly organized and analytical, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships across all organizational levels in a collaborative environment.
- Experience working with developers and integrating with vendor/external systems.
- Knowledge of SimCorp Dimensions (SCD), SAP HANA, and Snowflake is an asset.
- CFA, CSA, FRM, or other relevant financial designations are a plus.
