**Position Overview:**
We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist the company in improving business efficiency. The Senior Business Analyst’s responsibilities involve developing new business strategies and models, communicating these strategies to management, and creating monthly performance reports.

**Role Responsibilities:**
- Generate requirements from front office and risk management related to complex business and financial solutions.
- Interact frequently with developers, project managers, and other functions.
- Participate in design and analysis, including understanding pricing, risk, and trade flow deliveries.
- Document current and future state architecture and functional processes across the Equity derivatives business technology framework.
- Contribute significantly to the design and analysis of the trading platform.
- Collaborate with various teams for root cause analysis and documentation of QA results.

**Requirements:**
- 8+ years of business analyst experience, including data analysis expertise.
- Detailed financial knowledge in areas such as equity products (cash and derivatives) and familiarity with other asset classes.
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis, risks, and related analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with third-party applications (e.g. Sophis, Murex, Calypso).
- Knowledge of regulatory risk reporting (e.g. FRTB, Volcker).
- Familiarity with the front-to-back trade lifecycle and QA processes.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python.
