**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Manager - Ontario Public Infrastructure

**Location:** Toronto, ON

**Job Summary:**
Bechtel is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Ontario public infrastructure market, focusing on transit and aviation sectors. The successful candidate will drive strategic market development and lead proposal preparation and negotiations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research and develop tailored value propositions.
- Oversee proposal preparation, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize messaging and drive business growth.
- Track performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on competitors’ activities and market trends.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or 13 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of public agencies and public contracting in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Experience in sales and structuring commercial terms.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
