**Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager**

**Position Overview:**
Join BMO's team as a Senior Business Development Manager supporting BrokerEdge clients in achieving financial progress. This role is ideal for an experienced broker channel relationship builder who will provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, management, and execution of business projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver project/program results in alignment with group goals.
- Develop innovative business development strategies in collaboration with BMO partners.
- Create marketing and sales materials for new business opportunities.
- Identify value creation opportunities for target customer segments.
- Execute a business plan to achieve client retention objectives.
- Recommend and implement solutions based on business analysis.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing negotiations to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Monitor performance and address any issues efficiently.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Lead change management activities and develop communication plans.
- Consult on various committees and task forces as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Lean process improvement methodology and process analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of risk and regulatory requirements of the business unit.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive data-driven decisions and influence others.

**Salary:** $74,800 - $138,600 (Salaried)
