**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst on CIBC’s EAML Technology, Big Data Business Systems Analysis team, you will lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned with CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap. You will support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to create flexible, innovative solutions that enhance the client experience.

**How You'll Succeed:**
- **Understanding and Documenting Requirements:** Collaborate with business partners to gather complex requirements and facilitate solution design discussions.
- **Solution Design:** Develop client-focused solutions and prepare solution design documents covering scope, requirements, and quality assurance.
- **Leading and Mentoring:** Support project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team.

**Who You Are:**
- You hold a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
- You have good exposure to Data Profiling and Data Mapping.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or regulatory frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Application/Architecture Development is an asset.
- You engage with purpose to find solutions and enjoy solving complex problems.
- You communicate detailed information effectively and thrive in collaborative environments.
