**Job Title: C++ Developer**

**Role Overview:**
We are currently seeking a C++ Developer responsible for developing applications that may range from desktop to mobile applications and embedded systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop risk reporting solutions for equity derivatives businesses at RBC Capital Markets.
- Collaborate with quants and traders to define requirements and refine code for quality.
- Contribute to the transition to improved DevOps tools and practices.
- Identify and escalate potential issues and risks.
- Establish relationships across business units to achieve project deliverables.
- Work in an Agile framework using JIRA/scrum.
- Collaborate with the CI/CD team to create a DevOps pipeline for C++ applications.

**Requirements:**
- Strong programming experience in modern C++.
- Proficiency in Oracle and Python.
- Undergraduate degree or higher.
- 10+ years of development experience.
- Experience in Capital Markets or FinTech is valuable.
- Passion for technology and large-scale software design.
- Commitment to clear, well-tested code.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with distributed systems and large data sets is a plus.
