**Career Opportunity**
The Enterprise Asset Management Department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Management Consultant.
**What You Will Do**
You will oversee, plan, and implement complex cross-corporate change initiatives at the TTC, maximizing employee engagement and minimizing resistance. Responsibilities include assessing root causes, implementing interventions, and serving as a coach/facilitator in change management. You will drive adoption, enhance proficiency in organizational changes, and promote best practices among Change Management Consultants. A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work environment is essential.
**What Skills Do You Bring?**
- Highly developed facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to team build, mentor, and coach line management on change management.
- Sound judgment with well-developed problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in MS Office applications.
**What Qualifications Do You Bring?**
- A University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience as a change management practitioner.
- Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge in project management concepts and practices.
