**Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Land Development**

**Overview**
Dillon’s Land Development Business Unit is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in Vaughan. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage residential subdivision and site development projects while providing clients with an integrated and superior customer experience. **Responsibilities**
- Provide engineering and project management support to Team Leads and Project Managers.
- Lead project management for residential subdivision and site plan projects within the GTA.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating activities among supporting staff, ensuring quality assurance.
- Manage project communications with approval agencies and clients regarding budgets, invoicing, and scheduling deliverables.
- Collaborate with Contract Administration staff during construction stages, including pre-construction meetings and field inquiries.
- Oversee post-construction activities such as letter of credit reductions and municipal assumption activities.
- Handle various financial management tasks, including invoicing and collections.

**Project Engineer Component**
- Prepare and coordinate detailed design activities, including site grading, sewer and watermain design, stormwater management, and erosion control plans.
- Work alongside project managers and designers on design and approval-related tasks.
- Facilitate design coordination between project consultants and client representatives.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
- Organize municipal engineering designs, utilizing software such as Civil 3D (not mandatory).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and land development design processes.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the Civil/Land Development sector.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Experience in sewer design and hydraulic analysis preferred, as well as familiarity with urban land development projects.
