**Job Description**
**The Opportunity:**
WSP is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. This position will provide support and assistance to our major project teams and the Strategic Pursuits and Alternative Project Delivery (SP+APD) leadership team. You will be given opportunities to apply your skills and experience on some of WSP’s largest and most complex projects across various sectors, including highways & roads, rail & transit, water, and ports & marine.

**What You Can Expect to Do Here:**
- Support the opportunity selection process, including bid evaluations and preliminary risk reviews.
- Assist in the bidding process for major project proposals, focusing on commercial strategy and contract term reviews.
- Conduct commercial analysis for continuous improvement as part of business initiatives.
- Advise project teams on contract and scope interpretation.
**What You’ll Bring to WSP:**
- 6 – 9 years of commercial/contract management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with leadership, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to manage proposal/project deadlines and set priorities.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and Canadian construction law is an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree in relevant fields is preferred.
