**Job Description:**
WSP is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. This role is part of our Strategic Pursuits and Alternative Project Delivery group (SP+APD) and will provide direct support and assistance to our major project teams and the SP+APD leadership team.

As a member of the Transportation & Infrastructure business line, you will apply your skills and experience on some of WSP’s largest and most complex projects across various sectors, including highway & roads, rail & transit, water, and ports & marine. You will be challenged to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and provide high-quality support.

**What You Can Expect to Do:**
- Support the opportunity selection process, assisting bid teams with evaluations, risk reviews, approval processes, and subcontractor selection.
- Aid in the bidding process by advising on commercial strategy, reviewing proposal documents, defining risk profiles, and negotiating agreements.
- Conduct commercial analysis for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Advise project teams on contract and scope requirements, interfacing with in-house legal counsel when necessary.

**What You’ll Bring to WSP:**
- 6 – 9 years of commercial/contract management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for continuous interaction with leadership, team members, and external clients.
- Adaptability and flexibility in managing proposal/project deadlines and priorities.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and Canadian law is an asset.
- A post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree in project management, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
