**Job Description**

**The Opportunity:**

WSP is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. This position will provide direct support and assistance to our major project teams and leadership team within our Strategic Pursuits and Alternative Project Delivery group (SP+APD).

As a member of the Transportation & Infrastructure business line, you will apply your skills and experience on some of WSP’s largest and most complex projects across various sectors, including highway & roads, rail & transit, water, and ports & marine. You will manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and provide high-quality support.

**What you can expect to do:**

- Support the opportunity selection process by assisting bid teams with bid/no bid evaluations, preliminary risk reviews, and partner/subcontractor screenings.
- Assist/lead bidding processes for major project proposals, including commercial strategy reviews and negotiations.
- Conduct commercial analysis for continuous improvement and advise project teams on contract requirements.

**What you’ll bring to WSP:**

- 6 – 9 years of commercial/contract management experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with corporate leadership and stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressures and set personal priorities.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and Canadian construction law is an asset.
- Preferred qualifications include a post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree in project management, construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, finance, or business.
