**Job Description**

**The Opportunity:**

WSP is currently seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. Working within our Strategic Pursuits and Alternative Project Delivery group (SP+APD), this position will provide direct support to our major project teams and the SP+APD leadership team. As a member of the Transportation & Infrastructure business line, you will apply your skills and experience on some of WSP’s largest and most complex projects across various sectors including highway & roads, rail & transit, water, and ports & marine.

**What you can expect to do here:**

- Support the opportunity selection process, assisting bid teams with evaluations, risk reviews, and partner/subcontractor screening.
- Assist in the bidding process for major project proposals, advising on commercial strategy and reviewing client terms and conditions.
- Conduct commercial analysis for continuous improvement as part of business initiatives.
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on contract interpretation and requirements.

**What you’ll bring to WSP:**

- 6 – 9 years of commercial/contract management experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with leadership, team members, and external clients.
- Adaptability to manage deadlines and set personal priorities.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and Canadian construction law is an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma or undergraduate degree in project management, construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, finance, or business is preferred.
