**Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead our sales execution initiatives, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of national KPIs and incentives in Canada. This role offers a unique chance to collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Canada Commercial, the Director of Commercial Planning, and regional leadership teams.
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and manage the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) program to support financial growth targets.
- Manage the creation and implementation of sales KPI methodologies during the bi-annual planning process.
- Develop enhanced KPIs for specialized internal roles.
- Communicate Sales Plan and KPI guidelines to the national sales organization and leaders.
- Analyze commercial program execution and performance to promote financial improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to shape KPIs based on key growth opportunities.
- Track and report results and opportunities to sales leadership, marketing, and distribution partners.
- Lead training sessions for cross-functional teams on KPI strategy and reporting tools.
- Oversee vendor partner relationships and lead enhancements for Execution KPI reporting.
- Collaborate with IT on KPI planning models and financial reporting for sales teams.
- Manage the data lake and create ad hoc reporting for Commercial teams.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy to implement strategic initiatives.
- Perform in-depth analyses of pricing, margins, and available budgets to identify key drivers of commercial results.
- Identify pricing and channel opportunities and work with finance teams to adjust pricing and develop the annual business plan.
- Collaborate with Marketing to structure effective volume, revenue, and profit-driving deals and promotions.
- Provide post-program analysis and solutions to increase ROI.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in the spirits industry preferred.
- 3-5 years of consumer products sales experience.
- Thorough knowledge of pricing, budgeting, and sales planning.
- Budget development and management experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
