**Position Overview:**
Due to our growth, we are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our Property Management team. This position reports directly to the General Manager of Commercial Property Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of commercial properties and will be accountable for meeting all contractual obligations and achieving the company’s objectives through effective financial and operational management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure all properties are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships.
- Oversee third-party vendors and conduct regular site inspections.
- Provide leadership in the investigation and resolution of property issues.
- Identify deficiencies and propose actionable improvement plans.
- Manage purchase orders, work orders, and contractor relationships.
- Handle on-call responses to after-hour emergencies as required.
- Undertake other reasonable assignments as requested by management.

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
- 7-10 years of experience in Property Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial/Industrial Property Management.
- Familiarity with YARDI (Voyager 7S) is an asset.
- Proven experience in financial accounting within commercial real estate, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze complex financial, legal, and contractual issues and provide solutions.
- Effective negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A reliable vehicle is required for travel to various sites.
