**Job Title:** Senior Communications Advisor (Broker Marketing & Communications)

**Location:** Toronto, Montreal, or Calgary (Hybrid Work Model)

**About the Role:**
Join Intact's dynamic Broker Marketing and Communications team as a Senior Communications Advisor. In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic communications framework for Commercial Lines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and implementation of a communications strategy and roadmap to support the Commercial Lines brand and growth.
- Create comprehensive communication plans and craft compelling content for various channels.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Shape and build a collaborative broker marketing and communications strategy.
- Establish strong relationships with internal partners to inform and evolve the strategy.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to track and analyze the performance of communications activities.
- Support development teams in creating communications for brokers.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in developing and executing strategic marketing/communications strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various media.
- Ability to use data and market research to identify opportunities.
- A university degree in a relevant area of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in presentation software applications.
- Excellent collaborative and leadership skills with stakeholders.
- Bilingual in English and French, particularly for candidates in Quebec.
- Comfortable in a changing environment, with a focus on motivating colleagues to embrace change.
- Experience in a B2B environment with effective marketing strategies.
