**Job Title: Senior Consultant - Business Transformation**
**The Opportunity:**
Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant - Business Transformation to support local and global strategic and operational priorities. In this role, you will report to the Head of Business Transformation and lead critical projects that align with Zurich Canada’s strategic objectives. Your proactive and comprehensive approach will help equip sponsors and team members with the tools and methodologies essential for project success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define, structure, execute, and close-out strategic projects and other initiatives.
- Lead, diagnose, and provide recommendations to solve complex business issues.
- Partner with teams to identify business improvement opportunities and accelerate solutions that integrate strategic and operational priorities.
- Act as a change management lead on cross-functional initiatives to provide a unified implementation view.
- Ensure metrics and measures reflect business strategy and track progress for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in business practice and process improvement.
- Collaborate across departments to support the design, build, test, and readiness of changes.
- Provide methodologies and tools to support sponsors and teams in achieving project goals.
**Job Qualifications:**
- Required: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Consulting, or Change Management; or High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Prior insurance experience, particularly in a Property & Casualty environment; extensive experience in target operating model design, business process transformation, and consulting.
- Strong project management, communication, and change management skills.
