**Job Description:**
The Senior Consultant for Corporate is a key member of the Learning & Development (L&D) team. You will work with various partners across the organization to develop innovative, best-in-class training experiences that enhance the professional learning journey of our employees.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to manage the development of training programs, including online courses, workshops, job aids, and videos.
- Establish business objectives and metrics for each program to assess impact and track success.
- Develop detailed outlines and designs, including performance objectives, to guide instructional designers.
- Apply adult learning principles and modern learning tools to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Foster a learning culture and promote training opportunities to support clients.
- Administer administrative tasks associated with training programs, ensuring employee training records are updated in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the development of learning standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage training budget for programs and report on performance.
**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience applying adult learning practices in needs assessments, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Degree, diploma, or certification in adult education with knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is an asset.
- Experience in presenting and facilitating training sessions, including training the trainer.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365.
