**What will your typical day look like?**
The M&A Senior Consultant is an integral part of the project team delivering on our clients’ initiatives throughout the M&A lifecycle. Responsibilities include daily client interaction, data analysis, assessment of current and target states, roadmap development, and program management. Senior Consultants will manage portions of project delivery and lead junior practitioners within the team, contributing to the firm's growth through:
- **Engagement Management:** Support engagement planning and scoping, facilitate buy-in from top management, and deliver high-quality work products on time.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, participate in business development, and support proposal content development.
- **Practice Development and Eminence:** Support the creation of practical solutions, develop "thoughtware" and documents, and assist in industry and eminence events.
**About The Team**
Our M&A Consulting practice delivers comprehensive consulting services that comprise Strategy, Operations, Finance, Human Capital, and Technology. We engage in all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including strategy, due diligence, readiness, pre- and post-close integration/separation planning and execution, and follow-on transformations.
**Technology Experts**
The IT M&A team aids clients in optimizing their IT capabilities throughout transactions by providing expertise across critical IT components and functions.

**What you bring:**
- 3+ years of experience in IT management consulting or related fields delivering M&A IT advisory/IT transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture.
- Ability to identify client issues, manage projects, and deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for improving internal processes.
**Positions based in Quebec:**
Bilingualism in French and English is required due to interactions with National & Global clients.
**Total Rewards**
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and eligibility for participation in our bonus program exists. Our Total Rewards Package includes competitive salaries, wellness initiatives, mental health support, flexible work arrangements, and ample time off.
