**Job Description:**

Coveo is seeking a motivated marketer to join our dynamic customer marketing and account management team in the fast-evolving Generative AI industry. **Responsibilities:**
- Create marketing programs to cultivate relationships with senior leaders at Coveo customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to enhance mindshare and affinity for Coveo.
- Design and deploy targeted campaigns and offers that address the needs of customers in senior roles.
- Support customers by connecting them with one another to drive wider adoption of Coveo solutions and minimize churn.
- Work closely with Account Management and Customer Success teams to measure program effectiveness and support expansion efforts.
- Track and optimize program outcomes while staying informed on industry trends to enhance Coveo’s lifecycle marketing approach.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, marketing campaigns, product marketing, ABM, or similar roles.
- Experience working with large, global customers is preferred.
- Experience with AI or ML technologies is a plus.
- Proven ability to engage with executive leadership, understanding their constraints and delivering value.
- Strong navigation skills within large enterprises and the ability to market to complex buying groups.
- Proficiency in program development, impact assessment, and optimization for sustainable growth.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight is advantageous.
