**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive strategy for our recognition and engagement platform while continuously adding value for our customers. You will promote product adoption, highlight best practices, and implement recognition strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expertise on the Achievers platform, showcasing key features for customer recognition strategies.
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs for customer accounts.
- Track implementation and post-implementation adoption activities.
- Conduct virtual meetings to drive usage and adoption of the platform.
- Meet customers face-to-face to plan program rollouts and explore cross-functional use cases.
- Update customers on outstanding queries, reports, and campaigns.
- Manage a revenue pipeline, including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Lead customer workshops and training on product updates and new features.
- Report on progress against established goals and manage account escalations.
- Assess risk in upcoming contract renewals based on customer adoption levels.

**Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of account management experience in a software/SAAS company.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Completion of formal sales training through a recognized program.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience in preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Ability to explain technical solutions and develop reporting dashboards.
- Analytical skills using Excel and/or PowerPoint for customer business reviews.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including communication and expectation management.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
