**Job Summary**
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to facilitate the onboarding of applications to RBC’s IAM solutions, aligning with the IAM onboarding strategy and goals. This role involves collaboration with diverse technology and business stakeholders to ensure that onboarded applications adhere to security standards. The successful candidate will analyze business challenges and opportunities related to requirements, offering solutions that support organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business partners and application teams to clarify the onboarding process and document requirements.
- Ensure compliance of onboarded applications with security standards.
- Learn and apply architectural patterns relevant to RBC’s IAM services.
- Offer consultative services to ensure alignment with RBC Standards.
- Identify and report security risks per RBC Standards.
- Monitor onboarding progress and maintain metrics.
- Participate in onboarding testing, including:
- Reviewing and defining onboarding requirements.
- Creating test case scenarios and assisting with test case documentation.
- Supporting DEV, UAT, and PIV testing.
- Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding efficiency.
- Provide guidance in optimizing initiatives regarding efficiency and capacity planning.
- Act as a point of escalation for incident resolution and project-related issues.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive optimal performance.

**Qualifications**
**Must-have:**
- Extensive experience in IAM capabilities and solutions.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and security control designs.
- Ability to independently manage, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Deadline-driven with a focus on quality standards.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and internal negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Atlassian products, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze data sets and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice-to-have:**
- Familiarity with CyberArk PAS, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Entra ID.
- Relevant professional certifications in information security or risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP).
