**Position Overview:**
We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to lead the analysis and performance reporting for our publishing partners, providing actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, efficient, and analytical.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate closely with external publishers to gather data, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards that showcase performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimizing media campaigns.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to assess the effectiveness of publishing partner projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with product and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and proper tracking of metrics across multiple platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, external clients, and stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, automation, and competitor strategies.

**Location and Work Environment:**
- New York: Hybrid approach with flexibility to work remotely or from the office (1-2 days a week in the office).
- Toronto: Primarily work from home with occasional time at the Industrious location.

**Salary and Benefits:**
- Expected salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 (actual pay based on skills, experience, and location).

**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance reporting, ideally in digital media, publishing, or ad tech.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and experience working with large datasets to extract insights.
- Proficiency in Python is desired.
- Knowledge of digital advertising, media metrics, and campaign performance indicators.
- Proven ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and align goals for mutual success.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
