**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Power BI development, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration. In this role, you will create impactful reports, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our BI processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Power BI Expertise:** Design and build impactful reports, adapting to evolving requirements.
- **Data Integrity:** Validate data thoroughly to ensure accuracy.
- **Collaboration:** Work effectively with teams to ensure report completeness and address challenges; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify and implement enhancements to BI processes and report development.
- **Technical Support:** Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to BI reports and dashboards.

**Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**
- Strong understanding of data structures and quality principles.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, report creation, and Power Query (M) for data transformation.
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong data visualization skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Familiarity with SharePoint for data access and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

**Experience**
- 3 years of experience in a BI analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and dashboards.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable to changing priorities.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data governance and security.
- Python or other programming knowledge.
- SQL Server Reporting Services experience.
- Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) experience.
- Management Reporter experience.
- Experience with predictive modeling techniques.
