**Responsibilities:**
- Lead projects focused on data architecture, modeling, and engineering.
- Develop and manage data pipelines and processes.
- Design and implement advanced dashboards and visual tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and architects to deliver data solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Present updates and insights to clients and internal teams.

**Required Qualifications:**
- 4-6 years of experience in data architecture/modeling, data engineering, and data visualization.
- Expertise in OLAP, OLTP, database design, ETL pipelines, and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven success in stakeholder management and delivering results under deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in data disciplines such as data engineering or architecture.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.

**Education:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, CISA) are an asset.
