**About The Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to enhance our customer acquisition strategy through deep insights. This role reports to our VP, Data Science and Analytics, and involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and business leaders. Key responsibilities include conducting analyses, building attribution models, designing and running experiments, and translating findings into actionable growth marketing strategies.

**How You Will Make An Impact:**
- Analyze and define strategies for profitable user acquisition across various channels.
- Design, execute, and assess A/B experiments to derive key insights and iterate on findings.
- Create reports, dashboards, and predictive models to monitor marketing performance and recommend actionable steps.
- Refine raw production data to support analytical processes.

**Preferred Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous field.
- Experience in consulting (MBB preferred).
- Background in customer acquisition or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar ML programming language).
