**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Senior Data Solution Analyst for our Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to support our Marketing, Loyalty & Digital business. This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement Data Governance and Data Quality improvements.
- Identify and classify Data Assets in collaboration with business partners.
- Facilitate workshops to onboard Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Technical Custodians.
- Define data asset quality standards alongside business teams.
- Assist in creating new or updated processes to maintain data asset integrity.
- Support cataloguing of functional domain data assets.
- Collaborate with Data Quality engineers to develop dashboards for data quality tracking.
- Define data quality rules and policies for Domain data assets.
- Investigate Data Quality root causes and facilitate remediation.
- Engage with Data Governance and Data Engineering teams as necessary.
- Communicate dependencies, risks, and progress on data tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of effective data management practices including governance and data quality.
- Strong collaboration skills with business teams to define data standards.
- Ability to design impactful quality metrics and tracking methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to work at least three days a week in a hybrid work model.
