**Role Overview:**
As a Senior D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, you will be considered a subject matter expert applying your knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions for clients across all phases of our projects. You will collaborate with project teams composed of Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End Architects, and other CE professionals to solve problems using CRM solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology applications to address business challenges.
- Perform application development, complex code development, application testing, and component design.
- Write technical specifications and collaborate with functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Prototype, configure, and test business processes.
- Enable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test project quality.
- Identify potential challenges and support continuous improvement in clients’ CRM systems.
**Skills and Experience:**
- Exceptional consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user.
- Client management skills and the ability to develop and execute action plans collaboratively with customers.
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, and Microsoft .NET.
- At least two full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
- Experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code for Sales and Customer Service functionality.
- Ability to obtain a Secret level Canadian security clearance, which requires a minimum of 10 years of residency in Canada, along with either Permanent Residency or Canadian citizenship.
